This section is intended for use by students attending courses at the Kiel Training Centre. It contains most of the information required to pass the tests for Skipper qualifications as well as much that will be of interest and use to newcomers to sailing
The present edition is the result of a long process of evolution over many years. We are particularly grateful to those who carried out much of the revision for this and previous editions.
